Paclobutrazol 40% SC
Mode of Action
It contains Paclobutrazol which is a systemic plant growth regulator. Its principal mode of action is the inhibition of gibberellins biosynthesis. Caution: – Product may be toxic to aquatic organism its use may be avoided mixing with nearby aquaculture/water bodies and higher concentration may be determmental to plant normal development.

Direction of Use
Paclobutrazol 40% SC is applied as plant growth regulator with knapsack sprayer at flowering initiation stage.
Time of Application
Take the required quantity with a small volume of water and stir well using a rod or a stick to form a uniform suspension then, add the remaining quantity of water as per spray volume required and mix well again by stirring. Application by knapsack sprayer with Hallow cone type of nozzle at flowering initiation stage. Preferably in the morning and evening hours.
Precaution
- Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animal food.
- Avoid contact with mouth etye and skin.
- Avoid inhalation of the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind.
- Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
- Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying. 6. Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.
Symptoms of Poisoning
Dullness, tremors, lacrimation, reduce activity, convulsions, nervousness, anxiety and allergic manifestations
